Seat
Style and Size:
21 inches (measured from center of the front rivet to back
of cantle). It has a deep/equitation seat.

Identification:
Left
and rights sides have a manufactures plate.
The plate says, "Quality Whitman Saddles".
On both sides of the saddle under-billet flap, there the
manufactures embossed identification and serial number
stamped into the leather. It reads "40811S",
and "Made in U.S.A.". The two pommel rivets that have the "Whitman"
insignia.

and Material:
The saddle is brown in color. This saddle is
handcrafted from the
. The seat is made from textured schrumpf
leather which offers significant grip and security
one could ask for.

size:
Standard
(10" between tree bar rivets)
which makes it suitable for most horse breeds.

Stirrup
bars:
Saddle has infinite-position adjustable stirrup bars for the
perfect leg and seat position. You just
turn the two knurled nuts for adjustment. This saddle
is the "Crab-tree" model which has snaps on the
skirt to keep them in position.

Billets:
There
are 4 billets on each side and are made from chrome tanned leather
which is the best-of-the-best.

DOES NOT come with accessories (no stirrups).

Saddle is in excellent condition! Leather is nice and
buttery soft.

Any
blemishes on the saddle:
There are
strirrup impressions on the flap as expected. There
are a couple superficial nicks and/or impressions but you
would have to look REALLY hard for them. No deep
scratches or punctures observed.

Tree:
The
tree is solid and sound as I check it thoroughly. I
check it by twisting and bending between pommel and cantle.

Billets:
All
eight (8) billets are fully functional and are in good
contition. In actuality the previous owner only used
four billets so the remaining four are in like-new condition
